5. Determine your metabolic type.
It’s normal if you feel like you’ve tried everything to lose weight and still haven’t seen any results. It is, in fact, a pretty common issue. However, before you give up, find out more about your metabolism. If you have a slow metabolism, be patient and don’t lose sight of your goals. Keep in mind that long-term results will show up eventually.
You may boost your metabolism by drinking plenty of water and eating certain veggies and fruits.
